The working principle of the rubber liquid nitrogen freezing trimming machine is based on the physical properties of liquid nitrogen. Liquid nitrogen can reach a temperature of -196°C. When injected into the freezing chamber of the trimming machine, it rapidly cools the rubber products and their burrs inside the chamber, increasing their hardness and brittleness. Subsequently, by applying mechanical force through a stirring device or a spraying device, the brittle burrs can be easily removed, while the main body of the product remains intact due to the high elasticity of rubber.
 
This equipment mainly consists of a freezing chamber, a liquid nitrogen supply system, a mechanical stirring or spraying system, and a control system. The freezing chamber is made of high-quality insulating materials, which can effectively maintain low temperature and prevent liquid nitrogen leakage. The liquid nitrogen supply system precisely controls the injection volume and speed of liquid nitrogen. The mechanical stirring or spraying system provides uniform mechanical force to ensure the complete removal of burrs. The control system enables precise regulation of parameters such as temperature, time, and stirring speed.
 
In the production of automobile tires, the freezing trimming machine can quickly remove the burrs on the tire edges, improving the tire's balance and driving stability. In the field of seal manufacturing, it can ensure the flatness and precision of the seal edges, enhancing the sealing performance.
