They can accurately measure various appearance defects, including burrs, alignment lines, fixed points, air pockets, flow lines, impurities, and mold misalignment, ensuring that the appearance quality of products from all angles is strictly controlled.
 
The other automatic inspection machine adopts a top-and-bottom lens design, with a total of 3 lenses. This device focuses on measuring the appearance defects on the top and bottom surfaces of rubber O-rings, such as burrs, air pockets, flow lines, and impurities. Although it does not include side surface detection, it is equally meticulous in inspecting the top and bottom surfaces.
 
These automatic inspection machines have a wide measurement range. The outer diameter can cover 4 - 60 mm, and the wire diameter ranges from 1 - 6 mm, meeting the inspection requirements of rubber O-rings of different specifications. In terms of measurement dimensions, they can accurately measure OD (outer diameter), ID (inner diameter), and C/S-R (cross-sectional radius), providing strong support for the dimensional accuracy of products.
 
In terms of inspection speed, Morken's automatic inspection machines perform outstandingly, with an average of 4 products inspected per second. Calculated based on the daily working hours, the total daily production capacity is as high as 1.2 million pieces. This efficient inspection ability not only ensures the stability of product quality but also significantly improves production efficiency, providing solid support for the large-scale production of enterprises.
